Payment for Orders: We ONLY accept major Credit or Debit Cards (Visa/Master/Amex) or PayPal. Customers do not require to have a Paypal account. (Except for countries not supported by Paypal non-account checkout option) Billing address is required during Paypal Credit/Debit Cards portal to ensure security and timely payment confirmation. Customers with Paypal account can make payment through their accounts via our payment portal during checkout. All payments must be made during checkout & shipment will be sent after payment receipt confirmation from PayPal. After Warranty Exchange Policy: U.S customers :- Exchange request after 30-Days will include USD$30 charge which includes shipping/handling & processing. Engraving Service: Engraving service is not available at Desire Tungsten. Emergency Ring Removal: In case of any emergency which requires the removal of the Tungsten Ring, you will need to crack the rings with a vice grip locking plier. Coupon Usage: Limited to 1 coupon discount usage per order only. Coupon discounts are valid on price before freight/shipping charges & taxes if applicable. Some coupon discounts may not apply to items on specials/promotions. Returns Shipping: Email Desire Tungsten (returns@desiretungsten.com) to initiate the return process. Please state "Return request" & "Order No." in the subject title of email. A return shipping label will be sent to customers to print & attached to return package. Customers need to arrange for shipping back to our returns address printed. Shipping & handling charges on returns shipment will be borne by customers.
